When the Village reaches "Buildout" it will require significant effort to prevent continual lawsuits filed by people who have owned property and have a dream to build in the Florida Keys and from property owners who dream of $$$$.
The problem should be addressed as soon as possible while there are still options to make the problem less costly to the taxpayers of Islamorada.
